Paula has been actively involved in Training for the past 20 years with participants of all ages. Her many roles have included Managing Director for Australia’s largest chain of Grooming, Deportment and Personal Development Schools, Director and Principal Trainer of Metro Training College, Careers Coordinator for The Excellence in Education Compact, Small Business and Franchise Consultant, Australian Licensed Springboard Trainer, Hotel Owner and more recently the Training Director of Studio West Training Solutions

 

Paula’s expertise include: Women’s Personal and Professional Development, Customer Service, Training and Development, Your Competitive Edge (Employment Skills), Personal and Business Branding, Personal Presentation and Etiquette, Teen and School Programmes, Small Business Consulting, In the Public Eye Training, Hospitality Training and Event Management/Coordination.

 

Paula is experienced in developing and customising training programmes to suit client needs and many of her Training Programmes were Nationally Accredited.

 

Her passion is to help individuals strive to reach their full potential and has an active interest in Women in Business and Work Life Balance.

 

Paula is often sought after as a Keynote Speaker for Schools, Professional and Community based Organisations.
